ব্যবহার বিধি :

২ থেকে ৩ চা—চামচ পরিমাণ উপটানের সাথে পানি অথবা কাঁচা দুধ মিশিয়ে ক্রীমের মতো করে মুখমন্ডলে, গলায় এবং হাতে লাগিয়ে একটু মালিশ করুন এবং ১৫ থেকে ২০ মিনিট পরে শুকিয়ে একটু টানটান হলে ঠান্ডা পানি দিয়ে আস্তে আস্তে ধুয়ে ফেলুন।

Usage :
